A 7-day free trial means most people never need a refund at all. If you do — accidental renewal, a broken feature, a double charge — we'll make it right quickly and without friction.

01 — TrialThe 7-day free trial is the real refund window

Every Pro subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you change your mind, simply let the trial expire — you will be moved to the Free plan automatically and nothing will be billed.

This is, practically, how most users find out whether Pro fits. Use the trial actively. Run real AI groupings. Export your data. Hit the features.

TL;DR Trial expires without charge. Cancel inside the trial — no money moves. Charged outside the trial — see below.

02 — EligibleFull refund, no questions asked

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Accidental renewal within 14 days. Auto-renewal charged you and you didn't intend it — email us within 14 days of the charge.
  • Feature didn't work. A core Pro feature (AI grouping, unlimited collections, export formats, custom AI commands) did not work on your system and our support could not resolve it.
  • Double billing. You were charged twice for the same period.
  • First-time dissatisfaction within 7 days of a paid charge. First paid charge, first purchase, within 7 days — full refund.

03 — Not eligibleWhen a refund isn't available

To keep things fair and the extension sustainable, refunds are not issued for:

  • Renewal charges older than 14 days where the extension was actively used in the new period
  • Pro periods that were already used in full before the cancellation request
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service
  • Changes of mind after more than 7 days of paid use on a first-time purchase
  • Taxes, payment-processor fees, or currency conversion differences where these are non-recoverable

04 — HowHow to request a refund

Email smmfedorova@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund — Tab Manager AI" and include:

  • The email used at checkout
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • A one-line reason (optional but speeds things up — e.g., "auto-renewal I didn't notice")
  • Any receipt, order number, or transaction ID from the payment processor

05 — TimingHow long it takes

  • Acknowledgment. Within 24 hours of a business day.
  • Decision. Within 3 business days, usually sooner.
  • Refund to your card. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processor-side settlement typically lands in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your data

A refund ends your Pro access at the next cycle or immediately, depending on the case. Your collections and settings remain on your device untouched — the extension continues to work on the Free plan. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.

06 — LawStatutory rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers on digital services). Where local law grants a more generous right, that right applies.
