Short version — use Tab Manager AI for yourself, don't break it on purpose, don't resell it. Pro renews until you cancel. The AI is a suggestion, not a verdict. Back up anything important.
01 — AcceptanceAgreeing to these terms
By installing or using Tab Manager AI (the "extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the extension and remove it from your browser.
These Terms apply to every user, whether on the Free plan or on Pro. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the extension.
02 — LicenseWhat you're licensed to do
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may not
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension beyond what Chrome's public source view already allows
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or your Pro license
Use the extension to build a competing product
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Use the extension in a way that violates any applicable law
03 — ProPro plan, billing & renewals
The Free plan requires no account and no payment. The Pro plan is purchased through a third-party payment processor and billed monthly or yearly depending on the option you select.
Trial. Pro begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not confirm continuation, you are automatically moved to Free — your collections remain intact.
Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Price changes. We may adjust Pro pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal.
04 — UseAcceptable use
You agree not to use Tab Manager AI to:
Organize, store, or distribute material that is illegal, infringing, or abusive
Interfere with the integrity of the extension, its servers, or the AI provider's systems
Attempt to bypass usage limits, trial restrictions, or the Pro paywall
Engage in automated or bulk use that is not consistent with individual end-user behavior
05 — AIAI grouping features
The AI Group feature sends tab titles, URLs, and your grouping instruction to a third-party AI provider. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent.
AI groupings are suggestions, not absolute truth. Review them before relying on them.
Output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or miscategorize tabs. You are responsible for verifying the result.
Free plan is limited to 15 AI groupings per month; Pro is unlimited, subject to fair-use caps to prevent abuse.
06 — DisclaimerProvided "as is"
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data loss will never occur. Back up your important collections using the export feature.
07 — LiabilityLimitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tab Manager AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or tabs, arising from your use of the extension.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if you are on the Free plan.
08 — TerminationEnding the relationship
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. All locally stored data is removed on uninstall.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro if you breach these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. In such cases, refunds are at our discretion — see the Refund Policy.
09 — MiscMiscellaneous
Governing law. These Terms are governed by general consumer-protection principles of your country of residence. Mandatory local rights are unaffected.
Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
